Day 1 pt. 3 - The Austonian

I was really impressed with this immaculate residential high rise. Sometimes you find properties that come with a hefty price tag because they are simply new and located in desired areas. Such properties don't necessarily posses any superb features they are just located on the right dirt. This is not the case with The Austonian.

The developers used only the best materials in all areas of the building from countertops, cabinetry, to carpet. They took no short cuts. Residents are comprised of affluent empty nesters, young business owners, and jet setting families. When courted by a New York corporation to place a restaurant on the top floor the developers declined forgoing an immediate $16 million profit. To say that The Austonian is exclusive is almost an understatement. Regardless of ones position or power one can not rent any of the leisure facilities outright. Only the residents can invite you or host an event for you.

For every jaw dropping feature there are five more. The fitness center has state of the art equipment and a view that doesn't stop. Master bedroom closet spaces are the size of college efficiencies with better architecture. Kitchens don't miss a beat with large granite/marble counter tops and premium ovens and refrigerators. There is an onsite masseuses, and full concierge services. Your guests can treat themselves to one of the four available guest rooms after they leave the bar, the tree lined swimming pool, or the over the top media room.

From a financial standpoint the group is not strained nor strapped for cash even in the eye of the commercial crunch. Therefore there is never a need to compromise the commitment of sheer excellence to the tenants in any form or fashion.
